BLS

haaaa...korang tau dak BLS tu ape??? pada mereka2 yg mmg already in medical field mesti la tau kan..tapi utk lay man pon korang leh belajar benda nih...it is basic life support...ala senang citer kalau ade orang tercekik ke or jantung die tibe2 stop, korang la org first yg pegi tolong orang tu sementara tunggu ambulance sampai...heee

..tadi kitorg ade test la pasal BLS ni...start dari pagi mule2 belajar teori n demo dulu..then petang baru ade test..

kitorg belajar untuk 2 situasi...as i mentioned above la..choking ( adult n infant ) n CPR ( adult n infant )...the purpose of this BLS is to provide oxygenation to all tissues in the body...esp vital organ which is brain n heart...ok for example orang yg tercekik, biasanya boleh menyebabkan saluran pernafasan tersumbat dan ini menyebabkan mereka rasa sesak nafas...bile sesak nafas , oxygen xpergi ke vital organ dan akhirnye patient akan collapse n akhirnye boleh mati kalau xde sesiape tolong..lain la kalau patient tercekik dalam hospital kan..hehe

hurm...kitorg gune the latest one punye guideline ...2010 punye...ade gak tadi belajar management of cardiac arrest...ktorg dapat peluang gune defibrillation machine...weee~ seronok beb! n adore sgt semua lecturer emergency medicine esp dr mafeitzeral n dr julina ! dr mafetzeral siap buat simulation lagi tadik..perghhh bes2! then mase exam pon dpt exam dgn die tadi! each student has to sit for 2 station...1 adult n 1 infant...it depends either u got choking or cpr...for me, i got adult cpr n infant choking...hheheee...siap pasang AED tadi...heee ade gak gelabah2 besela kan..tapi alhamdulillah aku lulus gak akhirnyer..heeee thnx doc!
